The hotel used to be nice and fresh. They have started to remodel the hotel slowly, starting with the lobby. The rooms are still older and the gym is very old. The staff is really friendly, but the service is still old-fashioned. I hope Hilton upgrades the hotel and the services to bring it back in line with their other hotels. On the plus side, they have Indian wine, that is quite good actually!

Nice hotel with small reception area which is never crowded. Swimming pool is small. Restaurant / Coffee shop serves delicious varieties. Serving time is tremendous. Explored the facilities for hosting a family function. The function banquets are very small and has a size of approximately.3,000 Sq. Ft. And therefore can hold a function of small gathering say 200 guests.

Food is nice. Rooms are well equipped and spacious. Room service is good. Hospitality is also good. Must consider if you want to experience stay in a world class hotel. Wonderful and lovely hotel to stay whether for business or leisure. Clean and nice room, tasty food and good varieties. All staff were professional and friendly and certainly will recommend to all family & friends.

Great staff, very helpful. From guards (thanks Sanjay and friends) to reception to room cleaners, they ensured my stay was great. Okay location but not so many establishments nearby. Room was clean and cozy. Price was good (got a discounted corporate rate). Great place to stay in Gurgaon.

We were a group of around 10 people who came for breakfast. Utterly disappointed with the service. Staff was rude. Did not bring what we ordered. Mixed tables while serving. We ate what they brought for us and not what we told them to bring. Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend to anyone. In the age of competition, how can you afford to have staff that is rude to customers? Never going there again.
