I wouldn’t say this hotel is 5 star hotel. Maybe 3.5 due to outdated and smell for the room, hallway, and elevator. Btw the lobby is impressive and renovated looks like. Staff are friendly and accommodating except the spa front desk. I went to spa to check. The lady is sitting behind the desk and doing game on her phone. She saw me and STILL doing the game and ignored me other than coming right a way to greet me...lol...Anyways, wish they would redo the caulking and grouting for bathroom and change the carpet.? (Might help the mold smell?)
You get what you pay for tho..

Good Hotel to stay in Gurgaon. Basically this one is the last Hotel in Gurgaon which you can check in by Travelling in Metro. Obviously Gurgaon is very busy place and traffic is a very big issue in Gurgaon. So, when we think of booking a place in Gurgaon we will definitely prefer to get one nearby the Metro route so that we can commute easily via metro. Also the facilities are good as provided by the hotel like Airport Pickup and drop, foods and other general facilities. So, overall a good experience with the same.

Quite diverse dinner menu. Ranging from Indian to Asian to Continental, one can have a good variety of food here. More importantly, healthy options are also available. The soup, salad and beans were delightful. Desserts were also nice. The only thing I would suggest is to get a reservation confirmation via mail/SMS to avoid any confusion.

Perfect for the purpose. Its a business hotel where people can meet and transact business, have quick coffee, Breakfast and a cost effective but pleasant safe and luxurious stay. The hotel meets all these conditions. The pianist in the lobby plays some nice tunes right from morning and it creates an atmosphere for the place. I have had some business meetings

It is a nice chic hotel. But at a party there recently I found EVERY food item very poorly prepared. From salads to the desserts, every dish tasted sad. Maybe the chef has run away. But that quality was shocking. The birthday cake was never cut and no knife was provided even after asking the waiters and the banqueta manager for it at least 10 times.
The starters, however, were very well made. Especially the Thai Crispy Fish
